Work with us! If you're looking for opportunities to join the Feba team, then you're in the right place - and we have actually got a few roles available at the moment. The Director of Fundraising and Communications is a key role in our team, with responsibility for all our fundraising and supporter communications work. We're looking for someone who has a sincere heart for Christian mission, coupled with a demonstrable track record of creativity and success in fundraising. There is real opportunity to grow the team and try new things as we seek to expand Feba's supporter base and strengthen existing links with our very faithful current base. This recruitment is being managed by our search partner 'Charisma Charity Recruitment', and you can find all the relevant details by clicking here. Please note that the closing date is 3rd October. Thanks to having some healthy reserves and a desire to invest to expand our work, we're also looking to strengthen our Supporter Engagement Team: we're looking for people who can help with our fundraising and communications activities serving individuals (incl. major donors and legacies), trusts and churches. Those various different relationships are all vitally important to us, as it is the prayers and financial gifts we receive from supporters that enable the life-giving media work to continue. There is some flexibility around the precise shape of the roles - and ideally the new Director of Fundraising and Communications (ref. above) would be part of any appointment process - but they essentially include the preparation of a variety of printed and online resources, and the fostering of relationships, all in pursuit of a joined-up engagement strategy. Finally, we're keen to recruit someone who can assist us by providing excellent Administrator support across our Supporter Engagement and International Ministry teams. In many respects, this role sits at the heart of the organisation and the post-holder would have a unique perspective on Feba's work. By ensuring that central systems work properly and record keeping is managed efficiently, the administrator role contributes greatly to the ministry. Communication skills are also critically important, given that this role entails a lot of interface with internal colleagues and external contacts too (including supporters). If you’re interested and think you might be qualified for any of the opportunities outlined above, then we'd invite you to send an introductory cover note and copy of your CV to [email protected]. We'd then make sure that is reviewed by the most appropriate person on the team, and someone would get back to you as soon as possible. An informal exploratory conversation would certainly be appropriate, so please feel free to ask if you'd like to find out more before sending anything through to us. Not quite right for you? Please do feel free to share these details with a friend - we'd be really grateful - thank you! Note: Apart from the Director role, all these posts are all currently 'open' without a defined closing date, so please feel free to get in touch without delay - we look forward to hearing from you! Thank you once again for your interest in Feba. Please - no agencies - thank you. Please note that all applicants should have the legal right to live and work in the UK. Manage Cookie Preferences
