Serving a Central Asian Tribal group, our partner project is broadcasting culturally relevant programmes addressing topics such as family, health, evangelism and discipleship. In a region that is predominantly Muslim, engaging with Christians is dangerous. Nonetheless, listeners are contacting our ministry partner every day to ask more about the good news of Jesus.

SUNDAY 13th December

Praise God that an increasing number of people are making contact with the makers of these broadcasts to find out more about Jesus. In an area that is dangerous at the best of times, and now COVID-19, praise God for bringing this fruit during these dark times. Please pray especially for the listeners that have called recently to talk about their faith in Christ or asked for prayer as they face many struggles and challenges at this time.

MONDAY 14th December

Please pray for the local production team that are working in an environment that is very hostile to the Gospel. Pray for God's protection over their homes and as they travel to and from work. With so much suspicion and mistrust, even neighbours are known to be watching and reporting the comings and goings of Feba staff to the authorities.

TUESDAY 15th December

A number of new programmes are being produced that address health and social issues. Please pray that these programmes will draw in new listeners. As trust is established and hearts begin to soften, please pray that many will be drawn to asking questions about God's plan and purpose for their lives. We thank God that many thousands of people are now listening to these programmes and becoming regular listeners.

WEDNESDAY 16th December

Many believers are asking to be discipled when calling the follow-up team. Whilst we rejoice over these opportunities to share God's word, please pray for wisdom and discernment for the follow-up team as they help people continue their faith journey without causing negative repercussions and endangering lives.

THURSDAY 17th December

We thank God for the ways He inspires creativity and generously gives wisdom to all who ask (James 1:5). Please pray for the team in Central Asia that God would enable them to truly engage listeners with the gospel. Pray for guidance as they continue to broadcast accurate information about COVID-19 and point people to put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

FRIDAY 18th December

Please pray for the new follow-up worker who has just begun to make calls to listeners. This is already proving a challenge as not every listener is friendly, and many listeners are struggling with unemployment, health and family issues. Pray for resilience, patience and protection as he performs this critical in building relationships with listeners and seeing the good news of Jesus impact many more lives, families and communities.

SATURDAY 19th December

Please pray for a woman listener whose 15-year-old daughter has been promised in marriage. Her daughter has said she will commit suicide rather than marry this man. Her mother also doesn’t want the marriage to go ahead, but her voice is not being heard or taken seriously. Pray that the peace of Christ will rule in the hearts of everyone caught up in this seemingly intractable situation (Colossians 3:15).
