Over its 66-year lifetime, Feba’s ministry approach has been built by Kingdom-hearted audio media specialists, content producers, broadcasters and technicians, supported by people who give through their prayers, time and money.

As our international ministry expands to tell more people in hard-to-reach places about the good news of Jesus, we want more people to get involved with Feba's ministry too.  As part of this vision, we are delighted to announce our brand-new collaboration with The Church Sound & Media Summit (TCSMS), an event which takes place on the 26th and 27th of September 2025.

What (or who) is TCSMS?

TCSMS was started in 2018 by Dan Bowater as a place where church leaders, sound engineers, media teams, and tech enthusiasts could come together to network, gain valuable insights, and learn how to best use audio and visual techniques in their respective places of worship. Over the last few years, it has grown to host 300 church technicians, representing 150-200 churches. 

Many of these people operate in isolation within their church communities, each providing a vital service to ensure that gospel teaching is heard and seen (often recorded and broadcast), yet they are often unseen and unsupported. TCSMS exists to provide essential training and support for these people, ensuring that they know that they are not alone but are part of a thriving peer community and vital part of modern Church life. Why are we excited to collaborate with them? 

TCSMS’ mission to empower and unite church technical communities across the UK aligns with Feba's own approach of equipping and encouraging indigenous disciple-makers who use audio media to inspire people in hard-to-reach places to follow Jesus Christ. 

By being part of the conference, we have an exciting opportunity to share Feba's ministry with a new audience, many of whom are already embedded in audio media within their churches.

What will our collaboration involve? 

We're excited that one of our partners will be a keynote speaker at the conference. They will share about 'Unseen Voices', drawing parallels between the effectiveness of audio media in world mission and, to encourage them, the value of attendees' work.
