How long have you been volunteering with Feba for?

I’ve been a trustee for over 9 years and want to stay involved. (Brian is now training to be a volunteer speaker).

Why is Feba important to you?

Feba is vital to seeing people from every tongue saved, as so many people and groups cannot read or access the gospel any other way.

Can you tell us about a significant moment on your volunteering journey?

I learned a lot from my predecessor as treasurer, John Ripley, about being the treasurer. My time with him was inspiring, challenging and life-changing.

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?

I’d choose to go to Mozambique, because I love the stories from Feba's partner Radio Wimbe in Pemba and would really like to meet some of the people.

What do you like to do when you are not volunteering for Feba?

I’m involved with several organizations that build my local community in Woking, church, several charities and hopefully soon a community grocery. I also love to spend time with my family and occasionally play golf.

What is one of your favourite Bible verses and why?

Psalm 8:4-5 speaks of the majesty and glory of our wonderful Lord, who chooses to bless mankind in a unique and extravagant manner!

What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honour.

If you would like to invite one of our volunteer speakers, like Brian, to visit your church and share more about Feba please do get in touch!
