Location
This role requires regular travel within reach of Bristol, Oxford, London and Feba’s office
in Steyning*.

Salary
£33,200 per annum (FTE)
Key responsibilities
Church Engagement
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with churches and church leaders that already support Feba’s ministry and re-engage lapsed churches
- Proactively identify new churches and cultivate relationships with church leaders and other people of influence
- Preach and present to congregations, and represent Feba at relevant conferences
- Proactively identify opportunities to promote Feba to church leaders and take the lead in delivering on these opportunities (eg events, gatherings)
- Coordinate and develop Feba’s Church Engagement plan, including setting objectives, measurement, methods, and benchmarks
- Plan and deliver Feba’s Church Engagement programme of activities and speaker calendar
- Work collaboratively with the Supporter Communications Officer to develop communications, content and resources for churches
- Attend events and festivals either hosted by Feba or where Feba is exhibiting and oversee volunteer teams at such events
- Ensure church information is up to date on the supporter database (e.g. receipting and recording church gifts)
- Manage the logistics for speaker bookings, travel and expenses
- Report on the implementation and effectiveness of Feba’s Church Engagement and speaker programme, analysing feedback and results
Volunteer coordination
- Develop strong relationships with existing volunteers, and create a schedule of communications to encourage and thank them for their time
- Resource and train volunteers appropriately
- Plan and implement strategies to recruit new volunteers
- Maintain and update the Volunteer portal on the website in collaboration with the Supporter Communication Officer
- Maintain volunteer information on CRM
- Manage logistics and expenses for volunteering opportunities
