As we look ahead to 2017, we want to thank you for your support in prayer and for your generous donations across 2016.

Although 2016 has been billed as a year filled with challenges for many across the globe, we - and our projects and partners - have continued to be blessed by our supporters.

When reflecting on the year, we give thanks and gratitude for the positive changes, made using media, that you have gifted to communities.

Health worker Komalungo is glad Feba is back in DRC

Health worker Komalungo with his radio, North Kivu, DRC.

We've heard inspiring stories from production teams and listeners across the globe, from radio being used to broadcast Christ's hope in Yemen to being welcomed back to the Congo and the remarkable work of the Women's Initiative sharing God's love through radio in India.

Advent has been a time for preparation where we have been getting ready to welcome Christ our Lord, who comes to bring us hope, love, joy and peace.  Now as we celebrate Christmas we remember that Christ came to the earth as a human baby because God loves us.

Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you…

Luke 2:11

God draws close to us, understands our humanity and reaches out to us, wherever we are.  God knows that we need Him, He knows what we need and He is able to provide for our needs.

We celebrate at Christmas because Christ was born on earth -  Emmanuel (which means ‘God with us’) was born. The season of Advent reminded us that God will come again ushering in a world without suffering, death or sin. So now, we continue to work with that hope in mind, praying ‘your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven’!

A huge "thank you" from all of us here at Feba, your gifts and prayers have helped bring transformative radio programmes to communities across Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

We wish you all a very blessed Christmas and happy new year.
