If you're looking for opportunities to join the Feba team, then you're in the right place - and we have actually got several roles available at the moment.

Thanks to having some healthy reserves and a desire to invest in order to expand our work, we're currently looking to strengthen Feba's Supporter Engagement team: we're looking for people who can help with our fundraising and communications activities serving individuals (incl. major donors and legacies), trusts and churches. Those various different relationships are all vitally important to us, as it is the prayers and financial gifts we receive from supporters that enable the life-giving media work to continue. There is some flexibility around the precise shape of the roles, but they essentially include the preparation of a variety of printed and online resources, and the fostering of supporter relationships, all in pursuit of a joined-up engagement strategy. We are committed to serving all our various types of supporters as well as we possibly can, acknowledging the essential part they play in Feba's ministry - could you help us?

We're also keen to recruit someone who can assist us by providing excellent administrative support. In many respects, this role sits at the heart of the organisation and the post-holder would have a unique perspective on Feba's work. By ensuring that central systems work properly and record keeping is managed efficiently, the administrator role contributes greatly to the ministry. Communication skills are also critically important, given that this role entails a lot of interface with internal colleagues and external contacts too (including supporters). Might you be able to help us weave together the different complementary areas of Feba's UK office activities?

We have literally just moved to a new office just outside Steyning, in the South Downs - with great road links and ample free parking; all roles require a minimum of two days per week in the office, with some flexibility around hours. Feba offers a range of benefits including 8% employer's pension contribution, life insurance and income protection, as well as 28 days annual leave plus a retreat day.

If you’re interested and think you might be qualified for any of the opportunities outlined above, then we'd invite you to send an introductory cover note and copy of your CV to [email protected]. We'd then make sure that is reviewed by the most appropriate person on the team, and someone would get back to you as soon as possible. An informal exploratory conversation would certainly be appropriate, so please feel free to ask if you'd like to find out more before sending anything through to us.

Not quite right for you? Please do feel free to share these details with a friend - we'd be really grateful - thank you!

Note: All these positions are currently 'open' without a defined closing date, so please feel free to get in touch without delay - we look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you once again for your interest in Feba.

Please - no agencies - thank you.

Please note that all applicants should have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
