Malawi station construction update
Building work on an FM station in Malawi, Africa, continues to make decent progress. A South African volunteer carpenter has built and installed doors and shelving on-site. He also built sound boxes for the studios, and some furniture and fittings for the production and admin offices in the building.
A Feba Engineer says: “This month we are painting the walls, doing most of the electrical wiring, and installing some of the furniture. It's a hive of activity on the site these days. We have a deadline of going on-air in September—there's still a great deal of work to complete before then.”
Please pray:
- That the remaining parts of the project will go well and be completed on time.
- Give thanks for safety so far while working on the building site, and pray this will continue until the project is complete.
- For staff preparing new programmes for going on air in September.
