Feba's bi-monthly Prayer Diary is a positive tool for prayer about Feba ministries around the world, with daily items about the latest ministry theme, for in-depth, focused prayer on a specific ministry area. Depending on your time available and interest, you may feel God leading you to pray a brief 5 minutes a day or for longer periods.
Feba’s website features the prayer diary items as well as other prayer resources for your personal, church meeting or Bible Study group use. The prayer diary appears on both the home page and the Praying page.
We know how special it is to God when two or more gather together in prayer; he promises special blessings. To help with this, the Praying page also contains information about Feba prayer groups and suggests coffee mornings and frugal lunches as a way of bringing people together to pray for Feba.
Be creative. You could pray for Feba:
- at family meal times
- in church home groups
- in business Bible study groups
- in church worship services
- in children’s/youth clubs as a mission emphasis
More prayer resources can be made available for group events – please contact us.
A paper-based version of the Feba Prayer Diary is included with the bi-monthly mailing of the Hope ministry newsletter, and may be freely photocopied for use at home alone and in prayer groups.
Sign up at publications in print to receive Hope (UK & ROI only).
Tips for praying specifically
For each prayer item, remember to pray for the background related to it, such as:
Ministry – for staff to lead people into relationship with Jesus Christ.
Partnerships – for cooperation with other ministries, government agencies, etc.
Country – for political and social freedoms to improve, for a peaceful society.
Security – for Feba staff and partners to be safe as they work and travel, for seekers to have a safe way to ask questions, and for Christians to have a secure place to meet for worship and Bible study.
Physical health – for good health, especially in the hard areas of the world.
Spiritual health – for Feba staff and ministry partners to spend time with God in prayer, Bible study and in a church group.
Family – for staff and family members to have good health, safety and a personal relationship with Jesus.
