Feba UK is delighted to announce the appointment of Jonathan Frank as Chief Executive. He was introduced to the Feba UK Associates at the AGM on 14 March, and will take up the position during May 2009.

The Feba UK board believes that Jonathan has the experience and the energy to lead Feba UK in implementing the Strategic Ministry Plan. This will ensure that Feba remains focused as it navigates the changing world of technology and media, so that our ministry is delivered effectively as we seek to engage the hard to reach with the good news of Jesus Christ through the appropriate use of media.

John Rogers, who led the recruitment committee of the board, says: "I am delighted to welcome Jonathan Frank as our next Chief Executive. He comes with a wide range of experience, a proven track-record of leadership in both the secular and the Christian spheres, and is committed to building successful teams. He is a very effective communicator, able to share the vision and ministry of Feba in an engaging way. As a board we are very excited about the days ahead and we are very much looking forward to working with Jonathan and the whole Feba team."

Jonathan studied Mathematics at Jesus College, Oxford and began his working life with IBM. Since then he has worked for the Church Pastoral Aid Society (CPAS) as Director of Ventures and Falcon Camps, which runs faith-focused holidays for over 5,000 children and young people; Caret, the leadership consultancy organisation, and the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement in a more 'hands-on' leadership and management role.

Jonathan is married to Liz, they have 3 daughters, Rosie (6), Esther (3) and Miriam (1), and currently live in Kenilworth. They are members of St John's Church, Kenilworth, an evangelical Anglican church, where Jonathan is a PCC member, preacher and musician. He has also recently been leading new initiatives in all-age worship.
