Travelling about as Feba Ambassador

Having recently returned from the Baptist Assembly in Bournemouth and looking ahead to the Christian Resources Exhibition (CRE), Feba’s Ambassador Chris Binstead is very busy and very happy: “I have the privilege of sharing about Feba’s ministry, meeting people face to face and being able to talk about things that I am quite passionate about.”

Prayer Points

  • Pray for Chris and other Feba staff as they meet people at the Christian Resources Exhibition this week, that people will be inspired to support Feba’s ministry.
  • Pray for staff members as they travel to Ireland and interview people for the Feba Representative position, that God will guide their conversations and decisions.
  • Pray for those who Chris met at the Baptist Assembly that the new relationships will be developed into fruitful parts of Feba’s ministry as new people join Feba Prayer Groups and consider starting <i>Spotlight</i> Listener Clubs.

Feba India responds to floods

With nearly a hundred reported deaths and a million made homeless following the floods in Bihar, Feba India was called in to respond.

  • Pray for safe travel for FIRST Response team members, equipment and supplies.
  • Pray for everyone's health and safety as they go into the field, especially as they will be working with little sleep.
  • Pray for good relationships among the participants and their organisations as they work together.
  • Pray for funding to provide a proper level of disaster response to meet the needs of those suffering in the flooded areas.

Chiconono Chew Chew

Voices from the sunny Niasa Province town of Chiconono in Mozambique, home of Feba’s partnership with Radio Chiunjota – reaching people who speak the Yawo language. Aubie Banda is a producer/presenter at the station. Originally from Malawi, Aubie's life changed dramatically when as a young Muslim labourer he heard Christian songs being sung in a language he could understand. His story is worth listening to.
